Aron Tanos

Aron stands as a trailblazer in the field of artificial intelligence, boasting a distinguished career that spans a variety of innovative projects. His expertise is not limited to traditional A.I applications; he has delved into the realm of robotics, integrating A.I with mechanical systems to create intelligent, autonomous machines. This diverse experience reflects his deep understanding of both the theoretical and practical aspects of A.I. Aron's work in robotics, in particular, showcases his ability to apply A.I in dynamic, real-world scenarios, enabling machines to perform complex tasks, make decisions, and interact with their environment in ways previously thought impossible. His contributions to A.I and robotics signify a significant advancement in these fields, blending cutting-edge technology with practical implementation.

Alistair Brownlee

Alistair Brownlee MBE is the only person to claim ITU World Champion crowns as a Junior, U23, and Elite, and, more significantly, the only one to ever successfully defend Olympic triathlon gold, (London 2012 and RIO 2016) his arrival on the circuit reshaped the way this sport is raced.

Alistair is a seasoned tech investor involved in multiple sports companies, where he serves on the board, offering strategic guidance and direction.

Jonny Brownlee

Jonny Brownlee MBE, is a six-time World champion (once World Triathlon Series, twice World Sprint Triathlon, three-time World Triathlon Mixed Relay), and one-time Olympic champion (mixed relay) in triathlon. Jonny was the 2012 Triathlon World Champion, and the silver medallist in 2013 and 2016. He's also won Olympic Bronze in London 2012 and Silver in RIO 2016.

Jonny is actively training for his third Olympic appearance while providing key advice to the board and rigorously testing the sports innovations designed and developed by Podium.

Richard Downey

Richard established Blue Carpet Sports Management in 2016, alongside long-term clients Alistair and Jonny Brownlee, having previously spent over 15 years working within the sports management industry. His experience in the industry has seen him manage athletes across five Olympic Games and numerous World Championships (in a variety of sports). He represents each of the triathletes, along with a wider group of Olympic athletes.

Richard plays a vital role in aiding the leadership team across various business dimensions, focusing on market expansion and the cultivation of partnerships.

Scott Newall

Scott is CEO of Skin In The Game and an entrepreneur with a background in corporate venture and strategy consulting. He’s spent the last five years building relationships across the investment landscape, from early stage VC to late stage private equity. Scott is a FCA Approved Person, an advisor to several funds and a Founding Partner of Startupbootcamp’s OnAfrica investment syndicate.
